When you are about to leave Switzerland, stop at the Swiss exit customs to get a stamp confirming your departure from the country. Present the following information:
– The completed and signed Tax Free Forms
– Original receipts
– Purchased goods
– Your passport or ID card
– International travel ticket (at the train station or airport)
There are 3 ways to get your money back. You can choose how to receive your refund:

– Bank transfer (directly at a Global Blue branch)
– Cash (directly at a Global Blue branch)
